Information
- We accept most major insurance such as BC/BS, PHP, Blue Care
Network, Medicare, and many more listed below. We do not participate
Medicaid, so you may pay to be seen . A list of Participating Insurances is listed below. Credit cards and cash are also accepted.
- There is a fully licensed health professional always on site.
- We treat illness, injuries, lacerations and infections. All ages are welcome.
- We do X-rays, EKGs, aerosol treatments for asthma and have a limited lab on site.
- Flu and pneumonia vaccines are available as well as TB testing.
- Our Occupational services include DOT physicals, drug screening, IMOs and acute and chronic injury management.
